By entering an online contest, you attest the entry submitted is the sole work of the artist(s) named, and is free from plagiarism. You accept complete responsibility, and will not hold Pensacola Talent Show liable, for any claims of copyright infringement or plagiarism submitted by you, or on your behalf. You understand the $2.00 entry fee is non-refundable. You understand that only the entry receiving the most votes will win any money. You give Pensacola Talent Show permission to use your name, picture, and contest entry for the purposes of advertising, and understand that at no time, now or in the future, does this entitle anyone to royalties. You understand that Pensacola Talent Show offers these contests as fun, artistic challenges, and makes no promises of fame, fortune, or representation. Pensacola Talent Show reserves the right to refuse entry into a contest, if the entry contains any material we feel is not suitable for our family audiences. You agree the entry you submit is free from profanity, nudity, vulgarity, discrimination, racism, violence, or any other audio or visual that is not appropriate for children. If you pay a $2.00 entry fee, and your entry is refused because it contains innappropriate material, you are not entitled to a refund - you agree to consider the $2.00 fee you paid for submitting innappropriate material our compensation for having to screen it.
